Problem. The web and mobile applications used to manage an airport needed to be stabilised.

What I did. Stabilised the platform, then owned its maintenance and evolution across every web and mobile application.

Problem. Patients and doctors on a telehealth platform needed to talk in real time.

What I did. Designed and built a live chat on Firebase, with a real-time event channel per user, integrated into the OutSystems app.

Problem. A public body needed to manage its vehicles and properties under public accounting standards.

What I did. Led the project as the most senior engineer: planned the delivery, split the work across the team, and built on OutSystems.

Off the screen.

I'm Rúben, from Tomar, Portugal. I studied in Coimbra and Hamburg, spent most of 2019 volunteering in Cyprus, and came home to build software. I've played football since I was seven. It taught me discipline, team spirit and how to lead, and I bring all three to work.
